On Friday, February 17, 2023, Mrs. Ethel Cudjoe Amissah, Head of the Public Relations Coordinating Division (PRCD) of the Information Services Department (ISD), presented Alhaji Ing. Dr. Abass M. Awolu, Chief Director of the Ministry of Roads and Highways with a citation of honor for being the “Most PR-Friendly Chief Director” for the year 2022.

The citation acknowledged the Chief Director’s “unwavering commitment” and “efforts to empower” the Ministry’s PR Unit.

In addition, he was commended for “willingly and selflessly” sharing his “wealth of technical knowledge and expertise with the PR team, especially during crucial moments.”

The citation stated, “under your direction and leadership, the PR Unit continues to obtain the necessary resources to advance its operations.”
